The war zone in North-Eastern Sri Lanka is rapidly shrinking. The government forces are moving forward encircling the remaining tiger terrorists. At the same time trapped civilians are trying to flee the war zone braving the gun shots from the desperate and possibly brain washed tiger terrorists.

According to the reports from the ground, it could be a couple of days before the guns become silent.

We have been reading, writing and talking about the conflict for many years or decades for that matter. Now it seems that the time has arrived to discuss the "Post Conflict" situation.
